In this episode of Tere Bin, several storylines continue to develop. One man confronts his sister-in-law about her allegations that his daughter has run away with someone, revealing disappointment in his family for not having hope or waiting for his daughter's return. Another scene shows a mourner still struggling with feelings for a past love, while an engaged person tries to console them. Murtasim's mother suggests that the solution to Meerab coming between them is to get him married to Nishat. Later, Shahbaz confronts Rohail and his wife about the rumors surrounding Meherab's disappearance, expressing disappointment in their behavior. In the final scene, Meerab rushes her daughter to the hospital and is unable to pay the medical bills, but a stranger offers to pay for her.

 In this section, a man confronts his sister-in-law about allegations made against his daughter, stating that she has not run away with anyone. He expresses his disappointment at the lack of hope and waiting for his daughter's return, even from his own family. He admits that he gave his daughter to someone else in the past, but now his sister-in-law is giving her rights to someone else despite her being alive. The man also questions why his son and Haya were not allowed to get married in the first place since Haya liked Murtasim so much. The mourner expresses how their love has turned into an all-consuming passion and is struggling to cope with their feelings. The engaged person suggests they eat together, but the mourner is not hungry and would rather continue to mourn.

 In this section, Murtasim's mother tries to wake him up, but she finds him sleeping till noon and rebukes him for sleeping so much. She tells him that he had decided to marry Haya and should spend time with her, and after that, she can marry him. But Murtasim is lost in his thoughts about Meerab and tells his mother that he has never been happy and all that matters to him is the respect and honour of his family. His mother suggests that they should find a solution to this problem of Meerab coming between them and it is by marrying him and Nishat soon.

 In this section of the video, Haya is shown selecting jewelry and dresses for her wedding while Maa Begum reminds her that she has to use only the family jewelry. Haya tries to persuade her to let her use some of the jewelry that she had given to Meerab to match with her dress. Murtasim then comes and complains about the expenses, saying that the wedding will be simple with only close family members present. Haya expresses her desires and asks for ten days to think about it. Later, Haya questions her driver about Meerab's status while he tells her that Meerab had come but did not return.

 In this section, Saba reaches out to Meerab's friend to ask for any updates regarding her whereabouts. The friend reveals that Meerab left home after the death of her father and did not want to stay in touch with anyone, particularly with Murtasim. The friend suspected that Meerab was with Rohail, but when she reached out to him, he denied it. Saba shares her doubts with Rohail's whereabouts, but the friend assures her that he is not lying and even has pictures of his wedding.

 In this section, tensions rise as Shahbaz confronts Rohail and his wife, Saniya, about the rumors surrounding Meherab's disappearance. Shahbaz accuses Rohail of lying about his love for Meherab and forcefully pursuing her. He then criticizes Saniya for enabling Rohail's behavior and declares her to be shameless. Later, Shahbaz learns that Meherab is still missing but is no longer actively searching for her since Murtasim is getting married. However, he still defends his daughter's innocence despite the rumors and accusations being thrown at her.

 In this section of the video, Meerab is putting her daughter Meesam to sleep when she suddenly realizes that Meesam is bleeding and needs medical attention. She rushes her daughter to the hospital, but her daughter's condition is more serious than she initially thought. Meerab is unable to pay the medical bills and a stranger offers to pay them for 

her.
